Non-medical services

Bedside attendant and senior assistance services are non-medical personal-support and logistics services. Personnel do not perform clinical, nursing or medical procedures. Hospital attendant assistance is currently available only for male patients and is provided by male attendants. Senior escort services are provided by male escorts.

Insurance and Mediclaim

We do not offer cashless medical treatment, process Mediclaim billing or guarantee reimbursement. Our receipts document the actual non-medical service supplied; they are not medical-treatment invoices, clinical certificates or insurer approval.

Customers should confirm any potential reimbursement directly with their insurer before booking. Insurance eligibility is governed by the relevant policy and the insurer’s decision.

Tax and registration

GST treatment follows the enterprise’s confirmed tax status and applicable law. MSME/Udyam registration should not be interpreted as GST exemption or government endorsement of a service.
