SERVICE TERMS & IMPORTANT NOTICE

Important information for this service

The standard package covers agreed surface cleaning, surface sanitisation where included, and basic appliance power-on checks. It excludes structural repairs, electrical rewiring, plumbing overhauls, pest control and chemical restoration of permanently damaged surfaces.

Any separately arranged work requires a written scope and quote and appropriately qualified personnel where required. Appliance checks do not certify electrical safety, guarantee performance or include technical servicing.

Existing damage, stains and wear-and-tear will be documented, where reasonably observable, before work begins and shared with the customer. That record does not remove responsibility for damage caused by our work.

Cleaning outcomes depend on surface condition; permanent stains or material deterioration may remain.
